About Me

My photo
Jeremiah Donald Jones
For over twenty years, my career was defined by the question: Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?—Who watches the watchers? I built my identity as the ultimate Watcher, finding flaws in high-stress gaming bullpens and massive financial data centers. I believed my job was to be the unyielding friction saving companies from their own disasters. But finding broken systems outside helps avoid what is fracturing inside. Growing up an adopted middle child in a working-class home, my survival rule was to be quiet, or be punished. I retreated into what I now know as hyper-focus. In my 40s, a 23andMe test reunited me with my biological family and led to a dual diagnosis of Bipolar Depression and ADHD. My struggles were not character flaws; they were a hardcoded baseline. I used tech's adrenaline to mask my internal fragility. When war hit my Ukrainian pods in 2022, I realized reactive QA was dead. We needed Quality Intelligence — a proactive framework of predictive risk, ethical integrity, and cultural synchronicity. True quality is a human condition. To watch the watchers, we must take care of them.
